Advanced Automated Heat Treatment Process

Our equipment optimizes the production cycle through a sophisticated sequence of operations:

  • Automated Feeding & Loading: the process begins with a high-efficiency continuous feeding system.

  • Induction Hardening Precision: components are transferred via a dedicated manipulator from the conveyor to a high-speed rotary table. Here, an indexing table facilitates the Single Shot hardening process, providing targeted and uniform heat treatment for each individual part.

  • Integrated Tempering: following the hardening stage, parts enter the tempering tunnel. A specialized step-by-step movement system guides the workpieces through the tempering inductors, ensuring precise temperature control and relieving internal stresses to achieve the perfect balance of hardness and toughness.

Parts are automatically loaded from an inlet power conveyor and transferred to the hardening cell by a rotary manipulator.

Each component then undergoes a complete heat treatment cycle — heating, quenching, and extra cooling — achieving the required hardness and structural integrity.

The process continues in the tempering cell, where parts are progressively reheated using dedicated inductors and then cooled, guaranteeing the desired mechanical properties and durability.

Finally, a pneumatic actuator and collection chute handle the part rejection system.
