NEW COILS DEVELOPMENT and LAB TESTS

Our company offers full engineering support for the complete and integrated development of your inductors, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and reduced lead times. The process starts with the definition of specifications according to production needs, followed by the analysis and acquisition of essential data, leveraging Saet Induction’s extensive historical archives to support design optimization.

A preliminary design phase identifies the best approach for developing the inductor, which is then refined through a virtual approach using FEM simulation and 3D modeling. Drawing on nearly sixty years of experience, our company delivers innovative solutions by combining advanced engineering expertise with modern simulation practices. Our laboratory engineers specialize in electromagnetic simulations using leading software such as ELTA, COMSOL, and FLUX.

The development continues with coil manufacturing, where the inductor is crafted according to validated design parameters. Each component is then subjected to rigorous validation through metallurgical laboratory analysis and tests. In our state-of-the-art metallurgical laboratory, coils are tested and processes are developed to ensure performance, quality, and compliance with the most demanding application requirements.


COILS REPAIRS

We have developed the special expertise to design, build
and repair any size, shape or form of coil used for hardening,
annealing, tempering and heat treating or heating processes.
State of the art machine tools, materials and skilled craftsmen
all work together to provide the best coil repair and design
enhancement services available in the industry today.

Coils and tooling for all types of induction heat treating applications are processed regularly:

  • Quick disconnect coil adapters and water cooled bus can be supplied to suit your existing equipment.
  • Quench chambers, rings and blocks are all repaired and/or replaced as necessary.
  • After an inductor has been rebuilt or manufactured, we can offer a variety of sophisticated “coil shot” counting alternatives to facilitate tracking of inductor life.
