We are looking for a Tester employee to join the Saet Induction team.
The candidate will be part of the Testing team, reporting directly to the Testing Manager.
She/he will be responsible for:
- Performing testing activities on all the electrical components of the machine, identifying and troubleshooting any issues.
- Carrying out pneumatic, electrical and mechanical adjustments to ensure the correct functioning of the machine.
- Checking and verifying the hydraulic circuit of the machine.
- Collaborating with the Software Engineer to test the machine operating cycles.
- Recording and updating all technical information related to the machine in the testing book.
- Working in collaboration with the metallurgical laboratory to perform process-related activities.
- Managing the machine from the start-up phase through to the Customer’s acceptance testing.
- Taking care of the machine preparation for shipping.
- Interfacing with the Design Department to report errors, propose changes and suggest improvements identified during testing activities.
- Good knowledge of the mechanical drawing
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Technical diploma is preferable
