    Integrated Workflow of the Process Development Laboratory: Simulation, Experimental Testing, and Analysis

    Multiphysics software based on Finite Element Simulation analyzes electromagnetic field distribution, thermal distribution, and metallurgical transformation. This allows for a preliminary evaluation of the entire process, effectively reducing the number of experimental testing steps.

    Our testing platform features a versatile range of induction heating equipment designed to validate inductors for any application. With three versatile vertical scanners and two dedicated testing machines, we provide comprehensive experimental validation for every induction heating process.

    All machines are CNC-controlled, with every process parameter precisely recorded through our proprietary Inducontrol System. Furthermore, a fully integrated quenching system allows us to perform complete testing for both hardening and tempering treatments.

    Our power capabilities are extensive, with power supplies reaching 800 kW and heating frequencies ranging from 1 to 400 kHz.

    Every test sequence concludes with a detailed laboratory report. We provide our clients with full traceability of process parameters, metallurgical results, and cooling curves, ensuring that every induction solution meets the highest quality standards and technical specifications.

    To guarantee immediate and precise results, our on-site metallurgical laboratory is fully equipped to perform:

    – Hardness Testing: Precise measurements to verify the success of the heat treatment.

    – Microstructure Analysis: In-depth metallurgical evaluation to ensure optimal grain structure and phase transformation.

    – Structural Integrity Checks: Comprehensive assessments to identify and prevent any potential defects or stress points.
