To strengthen our internal HR team and support the implementation of the Group’s new Payroll & Time Management system, we are looking for an HR Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources Department.
Working closely with the Group Senior Payroll Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full administrative employee lifecycle and monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations.
- Manage time and attendance records, including holidays, leave, sickness, workplace injuries, and overtime.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure the accurate preparation of payroll documentation and mandatory employment records.
- Handle personnel administration activities, including new hires, contract extensions, contract amendments, and terminations, ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
- Manage relationships with social security and insurance authorities (INPS, INAIL) and oversee payroll-related payments and activities, including pension funds and employee welfare programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll matters, employment contracts, classifications, and benefits.
- Support HR controlling activities through the preparation of labor cost reports, budget monitoring, monthly reporting, and ISTAT surveys.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a structured company environment or a labor consulting/accounting firm.
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian Metalworking Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
- Strong knowledge of payroll and time & attendance management software; experience with Zucchetti and UKG is considered a strong advantage.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality, in compliance with GDPR requirements.
