Track Link Hardening Machine

This is our newest transfer machine solution for undercarriage track links—designed specifically for the agriculture, mining, and earthmoving machinery sectors.

The latest Saet Induction innovation offers a dual (right and left) production line.

It integrates induction hardening and immediate induction tempering.

This solution is sized for track links

• weighing up to 8 kg,
• with a height of up to 150 mm. and
• a maximum length of 350 mm.

But it can be easily designed for larger and heavier links.

It features hardening, tempering, cooling, and drying in one uninterrupted sequence, providing a fully integrated and streamlined dual system.
