{"id":3129,"date":"2020-04-16T14:39:06","date_gmt":"2020-04-16T12:39:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saetinduction.com\/2020\/04\/16\/unkonventionelle-anlagen-zum-blankgluehen-von-nahtlosen-rohren\/"},"modified":"2026-05-25T14:46:50","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T12:46:50","slug":"unkonventionelle-anlagen-zum-blankgluehen-von-nahtlosen-rohren","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saetinduction.com\/de\/news\/unkonventionelle-anlagen-zum-blankgluehen-von-nahtlosen-rohren\/","title":{"rendered":"Unkonventionelle Anlagen Zum Blankgl\u00fchen Von nahtlosen Rohren"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Marke EMMEDI ist in der aktuellen Ausgabe der Fachzeitschriften Tube and Pipe Technology und Stainless Steel Focus mit den neuesten Nachrichten vertreten.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2019 war ein sehr erfolgreiches Jahr f\u00fcr EMMEDI: Es begann mit dem Abschluss von zwei hochgradig kundenspezifischen Inline-Hellgl\u00fchanlagen und endete mit einem weiteren bedeutenden Auftrag.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die ersten Anlagen, die in den USA installiert wurden, zeichnen sich durch eine verbesserte Produktionsflexibilit\u00e4t sowie durch einen starken Fokus auf Energieeinsparung aus \u2013 Aspekte, die im Rohrsektor immer wichtiger werden.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Im Dezember erhielt EMMEDI einen neuen Auftrag von SANDVIK, einem der weltweit f\u00fchrenden Hersteller von Edelstahl.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Lieferumfang umfasst zwei komplette Hellgl\u00fchlinien f\u00fcr die Coil-zu-Coil-Produktion von nahtlosen Rohren mit kleinen Durchmessern.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dank des guten Rufs, den EMMEDI mit traditionellen und bew\u00e4hrten Hellgl\u00fchl\u00f6sungen erworben hat, wurde das Know-how des Unternehmens mit der Entwicklung eines hochgradig kundenspezifischen Systems betraut, das einen innovativen technischen Ansatz f\u00fcr die Produktion nahtloser Edelstahlrohre darstellt.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die in diesem Prozess eingesetzte Induktionserw\u00e4rmung reduziert die Anfahrzeiten auf ein Minimum und erm\u00f6glicht eine h\u00f6here Leistungsdichte als herk\u00f6mmliche \u00d6fen, was zu einer Verk\u00fcrzung der Heizstrecke f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sowohl der Heizinduktor als auch die K\u00fchlsektion sind auf einem speziellen Tragrahmen montiert, der auf Schienen verfahrbar ist und sich quer zur Produktionslinie bewegen kann, um den Walzbereich freizugeben, wenn keine W\u00e4rmebehandlung erforderlich ist. Das gesamte System (Spule und K\u00fchltunnel) wird mittels eines geschlossenen Kreislaufs mit demineralisiertem Wasser gek\u00fchlt, der auf einer separaten Struktur installiert ist. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um die f\u00fcr den Gl\u00fchprozess erforderliche Helligkeit und H\u00e4rte zu erreichen, wird nicht recycelter reiner Wasserstoff in geringer Menge eingesetzt, wodurch eine perfekte Reinigung der Rohroberfl\u00e4che unter sicheren Bedingungen gew\u00e4hrleistet wird.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der austretende Wasserstoff wird verbrannt, um eine Emission in die Umwelt zu verhindern.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neben den Erfolgen bei den Hellgl\u00fchanlagen wurden auch mehrere SiC-Schwei\u00dfanlagen erfolgreich installiert.
